Rockview Engineering Ltd is the only contractor on this island providing customers with a Turnkey option for the construction of their poultry houses. We have:

  • A proven track record with our customers in providing this service and as a result we have attained a high level of repeat business.
  • A strong engineering background which transpires easily onto our sites.
  • Highly skilled and experienced tradesmen’s for all of the Civil’s trades.

The Civils normally occur in the order as listed below:

  • Site Excavation
  • Hardcore
  • Foundations
  • Floors
  • Walls (Block or Shuttered)
  • Drainage
  • Streets
  • Fencing

We are not restricted to this island for providing the turnkey service as recently we have completed a 16000 free range layer site in Scotland.

Rockview Engineering took full control of the project from planning stage and consulted with the clients Engineers in helping to attain SER certification. We are glad to say that the contract passed with ease. Although there was a little more planning required the construction passed without out fault and our client was extremely happy with the level of service and the finished product.

Help and advice on planning is always given and in some instances we have also carried out planning applications for our clients.

Our clients benefit greatly when choosing us to carry out all of the Civil Engineering works. Our customers who have chosen us as the main contractor reveal how the build was so easy from previous ones. The farmer can continue to farm without the headaches of having to sort out materials machinery etc for the tradesmen onsite.

Farming is stressful enough without having to worry about sorting tradesmen & materials.

Even if the farmer only chooses us to only do the structure and he/she does their own site works we can still advise on the most appropriate measures to take onsite.

We would rather advise a farmer on what we believe is good practice rather than see them do something that they might later regret.
